Refectocil 3% oxidizing cream

The cream oxidant is characterized by its easy-to-mix texture. Guarantees a brilliant dye result.

Oxygenated in a specific cream for mixing Refectocil eyebrow and eyelash dyes.

Due to its creamy consistency, it facilitates mixing so that it is homogeneous and can be applied more easily to eyebrows and eyelashes.

The drip device allows the drops to be dispensed precisely by gently pressing into the plastic body of the bottle.

Eyebrow and eyelash tint application:

1. mix 15-20 drops of Refectocil 3% oxidizing cream with 2 cms. of dye until it forms a creamy paste with the application stick.
2. Use the paste after mixing and follow the instructions for use that come with the product.
