Collection: Autoclaves

What is an autoclave used for?
An autoclave is also called a sterilizer. A pressure-steam sterilizer is a device that is essentially a hermetically sealed container with a heating option. The sterilizer, or rather its operation, can be divided into the stages of emptying, equalization, the sterilization process, and cooling. In the first stage, the interior of the autoclave tank is vented and then filled with steam under pressure. The second stage is called the equalization stage. The third stage, in turn, consists of disinfecting the materials that have been placed in the tank. This is the most important element of the autoclave's operation. The final stage of the autoclave's operation is the cooling phase.
The sterilizing agent of the tool disinfection device, which is a high-temperature sterilizer, is actually high-temperature steam, which destroys the proteins of microorganisms, thanks to which they are eliminated, and the disinfection of tools is completely effective.

Autoclaves for the beauty industry.
A sterilizer - an autoclave - is used, among other things, in beauty salons in a broad sense. In beauty salons where nail, eyelash and eyebrow care procedures are carried out, as well as other special procedures, various metal devices, such as tweezers, are constantly used. Since these are reusable instruments, they should be disinfected after each client to destroy all bacteria and microorganisms. Even when performing minor cosmetic work, a situation may arise in which the epidermis is damaged and, as a result, the instrument comes into contact with blood or plasma.
Therefore, an autoclave for beauty salons is an extremely important tool, thanks to which the safety of not only subsequent clients of the salon, but also the employees themselves is ensured. Autoclaving is an extremely safe sterilization method. Insufficient caution during the sterilization process can in turn lead to life-threatening infections. Therefore, it is worth equipping yourself with an autoclave for sterilizing instruments, even if it seems that this equipment is not necessary.

Medical autoclaves.
An autoclave, or sterilization machine, is an essential device also in professional medical, veterinary, dental, surgical, or even tattoo studios. Although it can also be used as a sterilizer for manicure tools, it is simply indispensable in the case of tools used in medical facilities.
A class B autoclave is defined as the most effective type of medical autoclave. They can be used to sterilize both packaged and unpackaged medical products. They are extremely versatile. Their operation is based on the so-called preliminary vacuum, where overlapping vacuum pulses, as well as the use of steam, completely remove air from the interior of the autoclave. This is an extremely effective method of sterilization. That is why we mainly sell class B autoclaves to enable you to purchase the best possible equipment.

How to choose the right autoclave for a beauty salon?
Cosmetic sterilizers are usually divided into three classes: B, S, and N. Class B sterilizers for sterilizing cosmetic tools have been described above. The S pressure autoclave is a device that is suitable for sterilizing devices that are packaged once and multiple times. They are usually used as medical autoclaves in facilities where complex hollow instruments are not used.
The N class high-temperature sterilizer is mainly used for sterilizing simple materials. It is extremely important that since 2004, its use has only been permitted as an auxiliary sterilizer. Due to the proper applications of autoclaves of each class, it can be easily stated that the most universal is the class B autoclave. We recommend this type of device to our customers.
